About this project

This project summarizes my Technical Art work for a live-service mobile PvP game.

The work focused on environment asset optimization, shader variant cleanup, animation memory reduction, LOD-based skinning optimization, and UI rendering structure analysis.

Rather than simply reducing resources, I focused on preserving visual quality while lowering memory usage, draw calls, vertex count, and skinning cost on mobile devices.

Each work item is organized around the original problem, analysis process, applied solution, and measured result.
